Do you find yourself heavily bothered about a situation or life condition?
It is normal to have a few bumps in this road we call life. Sometimes, the road even tapers down to a steep rocky climb that's almost unattainable. We get too caught up in our circumstance and eventually allow this situation to drain out our energy and drown our thoughts is worry.
Guilty? I have been there and it is only human nature to worry about matters going outside the parameters of life we set for ourselves. What is not normal though, is when we allow our worry to drive the pace of our journey.
"Stress is not due to our circumstance. It is due to our thoughts about our circumstance."

This quote reminds you to not worry about things that are out of your control. Instead, you have to focus your mind and energy on your zone of influence.
Likewise, be discriminating about the type of thoughts you let your mind entertain. Guarding your mind will help you do away with unwanted stress, which in fact really do nothing good about your circumstance anyway.
Remember the acronym TFAR. Thoughts cause Feelings cause Actions cause Results.
What you think today determines what becomes of you tomorrow.
"Stress is not due to our circumstance. It is due to our thoughts about our circumstance."
